We will not accept returns where the safety seal has been broken on the bottle. If you wish to return your unopened bottle(s) of bitters you will be responsible for return shipping back to us. Please contact us for additional information if you wish to request a return. Once returns are received and inspected we will issue a refund for the merchandise value only (shipping fees are not returned).
We'd be bitter if our bottles arrived damaged. If so - please contact us with pictures and a description of the damaged product. We will need to initiate a claim request with the carrier and we'll begin working on replacing your items. Please email all information to email@example.com.
